You may exhibit products and services for three years and renew your virtual exhibit frequently from the comfort of your office or home at any time.

The AluminumI Expo offers to exhibitors virtual E-stands for a three-year term. The space you buy in one or more halls is yours to use for three years or 1,100 days.

All stands are designed to accommodate a variety of promotional web requirements and to match your marketing goals and budgets.

You will need to choose your stand specification from three options:

Standard E-stand

Your company logo and a brief description of the company activated by ‘mouse over’
Pop-up window displaying your company profile
E-stand size 110x90 pixels
Pop-up window size 350x700 pixels

Special E-stand

Your company logo and space for text or larger logos or images
Pop-up window displaying your company profile with space for up to 4 illustrations/photographs
E-stand size 110x190 or 230x90 pixels
Pop-up size 700x1400 pixels

Premium E-stand

Facilities for corporate/product features including brochures, animation, videos, articles and web presentations up to 2MB with excess server space

2: Reserving an E-stand

To reserve an E-stand at the AluminumI Virtual EXPO please contact sales@aluminumi.com. We will respond to your request within one day and assist you with all that is required to confirm and proceed.

3: Terms and conditions

Before proceeding to reserve an E-stand at the AluminumI Virtual EXPO, you are required to read and accept our terms and conditions (AluminumI Virtual EXPO Terms and Conditions).

4: Invoicing and Payment procedure

Once you have selected your prefered exhibition hall and E-stand type and accepted AluminumI EXPO terms and conditions you are requested to contact sales@aluminumi.com.

Payment by credit card through the AluminumI secure system will be available from 1 March. In this case your invoice will be generated automatically and send to you.

Alternatively, we will issue and send your invoice and you may pay by bank transfer.

Once payment is received in full, the e-stand is yours to use for three years or 1,100 days from the date of purchase.

5: Content, Materials and Design

Once we receive your payment we contact you regarding the type of content to build up your e-stand at the AluminumI EXPO.

a. Contents and choice of material

We will specify by e-mail the type of files required for your stand and you will need send us the content you wish to be displayed in accordance to your stand type.

b. Designing your stand

The purchase price of your E-stand includes setting up, designing and maintaining your initial exhibit material. AluminumI is aiming at completing and launching your stand within five working days from receipt of all material.

6: Launching your stand on the AluminumI Virtual EXPO

AluminumI is aiming at completing and launching your stand within five working days from receipt of all material and your e-stand opens for the Aliminumi EXPO visitors. Your company name and profile will be included in the list of exhibitors and database, which will be available to all visitors and to the website search facility.
